Woooooooooooooooooooooo! Feeling so AWESOME right now. I had a nice weekend, got up this morning to workout out at the gym with some cardio and ab workouts as usual and then went to school. I came home, relaxed for a little while and then totally rocked the eDiets Boot Camp Advanced Camp workout. Two cardio sessions today… feels so good! I think it’s going to be another killer 6-week boot camp session — so glad to have it back in my life and back online with everyone from eDiets.com.
I was actually super surprised to find how much more fit I am now than the last time I did boot camp (just a few short months ago last session ended at the beginning of June. I had not trouble at all with the advance camp workout (okay, I did do the girlie version of push ups…) and got through it thinking, “really? this is it? I CAN do this. Rock on!” Don’t get be wrong though, it was a good workout ad got my heart pumping and I’ll totally be feeling all those squats tomorrow… But I was really proud of myself. I did awesome and it proves to me that all my work is paying off and I am making real, serious progress towards getting physically fit. Good stuff!
