It snowed last night here so I spent this morning (we were off school due to the weather) shoveling out. And then when the snowplow came down the street, I had to shovel my parking spot out again. So, while it wasn’t the best workout ever, I decided to call that my strength training and cardio for the day and didn’t make it to the gym tonight. It was decent, I think.
