It snowed last night here so I spent this morning (we were off school due to the weather) shoveling out. And then when the snowplow came down the street, I had to shovel my parking spot out again. So, while it wasn’t the best workout ever, I decided to call that my strength training and cardio for the day and didn’t make it to the gym tonight. It was decent, I think. :)

Breakfast

  • coffee with creamer — 60 calories
  • Homemade oatmeal with 1 tablespoon Vanilla protein powder and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter added — 305 calories

Snack

  • Crystal Light — 10 calories
  • non-fat frozen yogurt cone — 150 calories

Lunch

  • Banana — 90 calories
  • 10g of granola — 140 calories
  • Yogurt — 110 calories

Dinner

  • Lean Cuisine 4-cheese pizza — 340 calories

Dessert

  • Dark Chocolate Brownies — 170 calories

Total calories for the day: 1375

Total water for the day: 150 ounces
